The Kit Hood Door with Latch/Mask is come under the modality of Maternal-Infant Care. It is having the set of replacement instructions which are 1) Remove the front door by opening it to reveal the two spring loaded hinge pins that attach the door to the base. 2) Pull out the plunger portion of the inner wall fasteners to remove the inner wall. Pull both pins toward the sides of the hood and lift off the door. 3) Remove the hand holes and latches, by unscrewing the mounting posts on either side and save. 4) Remove both hinge pin assemblies and gaskets by removing the three Phillips head screws that secure each to the front door and save. 5) Remove replacement door from packaging. 6) Replace gaskets and hinge pin assemblies on replacement door, lining up mounting holes in approximate center of slots in the door and Check alignment by closing and latching door. 7) Verify latches hold door closed when latched. Verify that front door does not bind against hood or base platform, it should open and close freely. Verify that air seal at top of door seals against the hood. Adjustments may be made by loosening screws and moving the door up or down within the slot. 8) Position mask from inside hood as shown in figure 2. Remove backing and apply (2 places). 9) Replace hand holes, latches and inner wall. The part is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability.
