Product Overview
This Axial Fan Assembly is a thermal management device which can be used in cabinets of different assemblies. All electronic devices such as computers and other circuitry generate heat during operation, and require good thermal management to prevent premature failures. The use of high quality Polyamide (PA) plastic of the fan propeller offers very good impact resistance, toughness and heat resistance. The square casing of this fan is made using Polybutylene terephthalate (PBT) plastic that offers good strength and hardness, outstanding corrosion resistance and is light weight. The motor of this fan comes with ball & sleeve bearings which ensures reliable operation. This fan can be operated using 24 VDC supply to achieve 5000 maximum RPMs and can provide good airflow rate up to 11.8 m3/min which translates into faster air circulation. This Fan assembly can be used for thermal management purposes in the assemblies of GE's Definium 6000, Discovery XR656G2 and Optima XR646 X-Ray Systems. The fan will be shipped in suitable packaging to provide adequate protection during transit.
