Product Overview
The Proportional valves are directional valves which are used to control flow direction, flow volumes, and fluid pressure. Proportional valves are controlled by a variable electrical signal that controls the stroking of the valve spool over metering ports. This produces a variable flow of fluid thereby providing the ability to vary the speed of the actuator being controlled. This variable positioning allows spools to be designed with metering notches to provide flow/speed control as well as directional control functions all in one valve, instead of requiring separate valves for direction and speed. The various speeds are achieved by changing the electrical signal level to deliver the flow/speed required. Hence, no additional hydraulic components are required. These proportional directional valves are controlled by DC power. By using proportional valves, flow volumes is kept within range. These valves produce no bubble or leakage. No oozing oil is found from seal, between blocks, or between the block and screw. The product is tested to work at extreme atmospheric conditions. It is diligently designed for superior performance and reliability. It does not contain any dirt, dust, visible oils, grease, lint, fibers, rust, paper, chips, cleaning solutions, machining coolant, foreign materials and other contaminants. It is securely packaged inside a high quality packing box to avoid physical damage during transit and labeled with details about the product, Quality Assurance (QA) seal and shipment details.
